Q. Can un-used tiles be returned?
A. Tiles that have been purchased can only be returned within 2 months of receiving them; they also have to be a stock item i.e. not special orders, and be in good condition. There is a 30% re-stocking charge on stock items returned.
Q. Are the tiles stock items?
A. Most of our tiles are stock items, and can be dispatched within 1-2 days, but can take up to 1 week depending on stock. With special orders the delivery could be longer. Be aware the * next to the tile means a special order and longer lead time. Please do not hesitate to ring to ask for lead time on materials before ordering.
Q. Opening times?
A. The showroom is open 9.00 – 5.30 Monday – Friday, and 10.00 – 1.00 on Saturday.
Q. Is there a delivery charge?
A. Yes there is a delivery charge; we charge out by the pallet, the delivery charge will be calculated into your order in the shopping basket. We deliver to mainland UK only.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes we accept all major credit/ debit cards, except for American Express.
Q. If I supply the measurements can you work out the area required?
A. Yes, you can email the measurements, and we will endeavour to email back within 24 hours.
Q. Can I collect tiles from the warehouse?
A. Yes, but please call before to check stock availability. Payment is also required on collection.
