RETURNS POLICY

LBS Enterprises Ltd would like you to be satisfied with our product and service.

If however you wish to return your order you may do so within the statutory 7 days if it is unopened and all seals or shrink wrap are intact.

You will be refunded on stock items less the cost of delivery and return carriage to and from our warehouse in Sussex.

If you wish to cancel whole or part of an order, this can only be done prior to shipment without incurring any transportation charges, however you will be charged a 10% handling fee to cover for bank charges and administration costs. Goods generally leave our warehouse three working days before you take receipt of them depending on geography, and we will inform you of the delivery date.

If items are delivered to you damaged and there is insufficient to complete the job, or delivered in error, replacement goods will be delivered free of charge and any unordered items collected.
If you the customer have ordered in error we cannot refund or replace goods without charging for re-delivery and collection.

When taking delivery of your order the responsibility for checking the contents of the shipment lies with you. Do not sign a delivery note without being satisfied that all items are present. It may be that part of the order will be delivered separately, but this will not be done so without prior notice.

The delivery driver is not an employee of LBS Enterprises Ltd and he will be unable to argue the case for whether the goods delivered are of a standard that you have a right to expect. If you perceive there to be a problem with the order or part of then please contact our switchboard direct (Tel No: 01903 742550) and take photographic evidence if you feel it is necessary to substantiate our claim against the freight forwarder. We reserve the right to refuse any replacements if not notified immediately. Please ensure that sufficient material is ordered in the first place.
